Haryn De Leon is an Artist and Designer inspired by the art community and collaborative process. Influenced early by the arts, she studied at the Las Vegas Academy (Academy of International Studies, Performing and Visual Arts), and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California. Her early work focuses on light in motion captured by painting and photography, but has always been influenced by Latin American art and the macabre. She has worked as a painter, photographer, florist, model maker, CNC operator, muralist, sculptor, installation- and digital artist, using a wide variety of techniques and media.
She is currently an independent designer exploring digital manufacturing processes in San Pedro, California, where she runs her own design and Laser Cutting Shop. As a result of this, her current work is at the crossroads of design, industrial arts, and technology. Haryn’s studio enables and inspires a variety of artists, designers, and inventors by providing access to Laser Cutting and Rapid Prototyping technologies. Her customers range from super star painter Natalia Fabia and private commissions, to the local Fashion/Entertainment, and Auto design studios. She also teaches Rapid Prototyping at the emerging technology college ATEP.
Haryn is currently collaborating and will soon release a line of vintage atelier inspired wedding accessories and veils.
